I am using Outlook 2016 on Windows 10. The issue I'm experiencing is that when I move an email to a folder in Outlook 2016 it is still appearing in my Inbox. It appears both in the folder and my inbox. When I have an email in my inbox and want to save it to a folder I simply click on 'move' and select the folder I want to move it to. It seems to move to that folder with no problem but when I go back to my inbox, there is the same message I just moved to a folder in my inbox with the folder name I moved it to Account Settings > Open your account > More settings > Under Advanced tab, put INBOX in Root Folder Path. I use Rackspace email and my user currently uses Outlook 2010. She moves emails from her Inbox to a sub-directory in the Public Folders. Everything seems fine for a few days, then some of the emails that were moved, show back up in her Inbox. Very weird.
